Tool. Ideal for cutting bolts, threaded rod, solid hasp and cable hasp one-time locks, and shipping container seals. Hardened blades for long tool life.  Because the ETS12 is small and light it is much easier to position for a cut than a manual cutter. The cutting head is compact to get into tighter spaces than a manual cutter and can be rotated 350 degrees. It cuts in about 4 to 5 seconds per cut and automatically retracts after cut.
